What place which is a good hotel/motel/apartment is the best one (for a reasonable price/location) owned by Cedar Point/Fair so that you can go to Cedar Point 1/2 an hour in advance when going to the themepark? It will be 3 teenagers and 2 adults. Thankyou!

we went last year and stayed at Hotel Breakers...on the beach..has a bar and is real real close to the back entrance...go straight for top thrill dragster...if you watch it too much you might not get the kids on...it's worth it

Hotel Breakers is on the penninsula and offers many rooms to choose from. There is also a TGI Fridays restaurant and three pools in the complex. It is right on the beach and there are views of the park and the lake. It is slightly less expensive than Sand Castle Suites. At both locations you'll get the early park entrance.
There is also Breakers Express and Castaway Bay on the mainland. Breakers Express has the benefit of being less than a decade old. It is still fresh and has a nice Snoopy shaped outdoor pool. There is no restaurant in house though. Castaway Bay is going to be more expensive than the others as it has an indoor waterpark, it also has a TGI Friday's restaurant on site.
These hotels are going to cost at least $100 per night and upwards of $300 depending on your room type and date and day of stay. There is a much more economical solution: Simply stay a little further out at a non-Cedar Fair owned inn like Motel 6 in Milan. Rate start out at $44.99 in May and never go above $139 (even the Saturday of July 4th, weekend). You won't get in a half hour early but you'll save beaucoup bucks.
Motel 6 is clean, only 8 years old, has just undergone a revamp including new bedspreads, paint, carpet, chairs and curtains. It has pizza delivery, you'll get a coupon book and if you book your room now by calling in to the property and mentioning the Early Bird/ Twenty % discount you'll receive 20% off its regular rack rate.

WOW you must have money! I know that it attracts vistors from all over the world and but I don't blame you its the best park in the world!! Do a search online and call the hotels you are interested in. All the hotels theres offer discounts if you reserve cedar point tickets with them and tons of them offer non-stop busses if you don't stay on the peninsula. Great Wolf Lodge is an awesome hotel! And so is Castaway Bay. Have fun! I won't be going to cedar point until august. And I go every year (some years twice) and it never gets old! RIDE THE TOP-THRILL DRAGSTER!
