Using google earth, for example, find the latitude and longitude of Lagos (Mexico).
Convert latitude and longitude to their opposite:
i.e. Lat 10:00:00N, Lon 15:00:00E
-> 10:00:00S, 180-15 = 165W
Latitude: North become South, S becomes N.
Longitude: E becomes W, W becomes E, the data = 180Deg - data.
(Sorry, I could not find Lat/Long of Lagos!)
