i'm not working at this moment and if i go to court and that i want to separated of my child father wo will get the custody of the child?

you will probably retain custody of the child as long as you have a decent roof over your head.

As long as you are not a negligent mother, you'll keep the baby. But if you don't have anywhere to stay or any means of getting your necessities, then they'll probably graqnt him either partial or whole custody. Girl, try to contact your local housing authority, and explain to them that you are homeless, and also contact your local department of childrens services to get you and your child medical insuranse, food stamps, and some cash. Most importantly go and get a job, take care of your baby and yourself, and keep your head to the sky and I wish the best of luck to you and the baby!!!
