Encase him in concrete. Eventually, he’ll starve. (What, you thought that his healing factor just made new body parts for him out of thin air? He still has to EAT, ya know!)

Dump him in the bottom of the ocean. Even if he floats to the top eventually, if his lungs and heart have stopped working, the nutrients in his bloodstream aren’t being transported to where then need to be to heal his bodily systems. He stays dead.

Teleport him into the Sun. Extra crispy.

Teleport him to the Moon. He still needs to breathe. Can you say, “explosive decompression”…? I knew you could.

Put him in orbit around a neutron star, The magnetic field would cook him like a microwave oven. (Magneto could have done that, if he thought of it. The dummy!)

Fill his lungs up with that expanding plastic foam insulation that comes in a spray can. It will harden, and then he’ll have to try to slice his own lungs open to be able to get rid of it and breathe again! And, since his lungs are protected by his adamantium ribs, I don’t see how he could do that without having to rip out an awful lot of other important bodily organs…!

Hey, adamantium conducts electricity, doesn’t it? Hook him up to a municipal electrical power substation! Just keep turning the voltage up until his healing factor gets tired and quits. Even if he survives, his mind will probably be completely gone, from the pain, Not to mention, the electrical energy erasing all the pathways in his brain. (hey, that rhymed!)

What else…? Crusher Creel, the Absorbing Man, could absorb the adamantium right out of him. Then Creel could take his wrecking ball and smack Logan with the strength of admantium!

I’m sure that cosmically powerful critters like the Silver Surfer could do it, if they wanted to.

Or have a scientist like Reed Richards or Bruce Banner find a way to disable his healing factor. Then he will probably revert to his actual age (which is like a hundred and eighty.) Oops, he fall down, go boom!

Magic would do it.

Taz, the Tazmanian Devil, would eat him, skeleton and all.

here are simple and brief ways to kill wolverine.

tie or anchor him underwater with something heavy.
- wolverine has an enhanced lung capacity but it wont last forever, but this is only possible way of killing him since he would just regenerate after he stops breathing, all he needs to regenerate is a living cell.

rip the adamantium out of his skeleton and then blast/chop/burn his body till theres nothing left.
-magneto ripped the adamantium out of wolverine once and it almost killed him if it werent for jean greys powers.

burn and blast all his flesh away.
- this has occured in a alternate future version of wolverine by a sentinel but i dont think it'll work, because u'd have to clean every cell off wolverine's body if not the cell with multiply and in some time u'd have wolverine again.

freezing him.
-works on everybody but u have to keep him frozen that is.

nuclear massive warheads, capture wolverine and blast and detonate them next to him.
-this'll kill anyone

it should be noted that although adamantium slows wolvie's healing factor down, [ without adamantium it's hell fast ] it gives him unrivalled protection against superhuman forces like blasts, punches, kicks, throws and anything that would have potential of breaking bones. If superman were to punch wolverine so hard till he would crash through every building from the US to Asia, a single bone still wouldnt break. Thus suggesting things like get an enraged hulk to punch wolverine to kill him is futile ; it has happened to wolverine before and wolverine got back up.
