The song is winding down and each of the three Jesuses is slower than the last. It's played in Orlando on the hard rock stations. When I lived in STL, it would've been on the alternative station. My brain has it mixed up with another song, and it's driving me crazy! :)

It might be the Toadies "Possum Kingdom", these are the lyrics for that song. The toadies rock!

Make up your mind
Decide to walk with me
Around the lake tonight
Around the lake tonight
By my side
By my side
I'm not gonna lie
I'll not be a gentleman
Behind the boathouse
I'll show you my dark secret

I'm not gonna lie
I want you for mine
My blushing bride
My lover, be my lover, yeah...

Don't be afraid
I didn't mean to scare you
So help me, Jesus

I can promise you
You'll stay as beautiful
With dark hair
And soft skin...forever
Forever

Make up your mind
Make up your mind
And I'll promise you
I will treat you well
My sweet angel
So help me, Jesus

(hey, hey, hey)

Give it up to me
Give it up to me
Do you wanna be
My angel?
So help me!

Be my angel
Be my angel
Do you wanna die?
I promise you
I will treat you well
My sweet angel
So help me, Jesus

Jesus
Jesus
Jesus...

It's definately Toadies. The key is when the OP said, "The song is winding down and each of the three Jesus' is slower than the last."

The Toadies were an excellent band and put two great albums and have even better songs than Possum Kingdom.

The worst factor approximately it is that it is the only non secular track with a catchy track. So human beings surely want to take heed to it. risky.... little ones do no longer choose songs to tell them their mum and dad love them nonetheless. maximum mum and dad will tell them that familiar, they're uncovered to it way better than they ever could be to a track.
