We came home a couple hours earlier than planned. One of my friends screamed and ran back outside. The other two just stared and laughed (they had a few drinks earlier) as my husband ran naked in paniced circles with his little (I'd rather my friends NOT know this) pecker sticking out trying to wipe the lube off his hands and turn off the filthy movie. We have jobs and a new home but I can't see him living this down. Am I making too big of a deal about this?

Well, you have to consider how much it would cost to pack up and move, both in terms of money and time spent packing up, etc.
I think you are making too big a deal about this. I would imagine that your husband has done this before and you just haven't caught him doing it. Besides, for all you know, your friends do the same thing!
My point is that this incident is NOT worth the two of you moving. Although those two friends of yours might not want to come back into your home again or see your husband again. :)

Masterbation is a totally normal human thing. It was probably more embarrassing for you than them. Just dont bring it up again and if they happen to say something, just say you would rather not discuss it.
As for the little thing.. hopefully they though he was done and just in a flaccid state... besides fear, cold or embarrassment can cause "shrinkage". Maybe between the drinks and the laughing made them not spend too much time sizing him up.
And maybe suggest to your hubbie that next time..... take it to the bedroom and shut the door.
