What always worked for me was alot of water and peanut butter. I'm not saying that works for everyone but it really did for me.

I have never heard of sex increasing milk supply, but I honestly don't know. I do think that arousal during sex might possible stimulate some people's milk to "let down" possibly. But on the flip side a new mom that is fatigued and stressed can have a decreased milk supply.

Staying hydrated and as rested as possible, as well as nursing or pumping frequently, are good things for milk supply.

Sorry dude...dont think you'll be able to talk the new momma into that one. The BABY nursing produces more milk. Sometimes a pump can help produce more milk...in the short term. If there is a problem with low supply, diet, anxiety, incorrect latch; many things could be the culprit. It's worth it to talk to a Lactation Consultant...or local La Leche League leader depending on how severe the problem is.
Most grocery stores sell Mother Milk blend tea, any tea with Fenugreek, Nettle, or Blessed thistle may help increase milk.

No, sex doesn't increase your milk supply, but it can cause milk to flow from your breasts from the stimulation. Hearing your baby cry can also cause this to happen. Breast milk is all about supply and demand. If you have a baby that breast feeds a lot, your milk increases. As you wean your child, the milk will decrease.

I've never heard anything like that and from personal experience I would say no. If you want you milk supply to increase make sure you are getting enough fluids and try pumping between feedings.

hmmmmmm I used to teach breast feeding to new mothers and I have never heard that sex increases milk supply.

Best way to increase supply, is more frequent and longer sessions of breast feeding. Drink more fluids and get lots of rest. Eat healthy. Relax and enjoy the baby

NO having sex does not increase breastmilk supply. However some women do experience let down during orgasm.
