You might not be able to for some games, because they leave a file on your computer saying that you have already had the free trial.

In addition to tony and nic's answers - which are good - it would also help if you have a "floating (not static) IP address", otherwise changing User Names alone wont always work as some sites wil identify you via your computers IP address.

Get the illegal 'cracked' versions from the torrent sites such as isohunt.com and use a torrent client program such as azureus
to download them
