To read an Astrology chart you'll need to study Astrology. This could take years. But if you can do a quick study of the signs, planets, houses and aspects you'll have a bit of an idea and possibly be able to see what is meant by the aspects, positions of the signs and planets etc on the chart. Do a google and you'll find plenty of sites that'll explain a chart, or do a reading/interpretation for you.

Simply put: you need a basic understanding of Geometry and can interpret aspects and positions astrological points make using keywords.
