I've been using Bitcomet, but it really boggs down my system, any other suggestions?

Azureus by far, it has a very clean interface and is fast.

if bitcomet is slowing it down then the others probably will too but try uTorrent its a tiny program so theres a chance it could have less of an effect on ur system's peformance than the others. if ur having problems with ur comp slowing down while ur dling then y dont u try keeping it open overnight, if ur not using the comp then it shudnt really matter to u if the comp is slow during that time, and the dl will be finished in the morning.

All of em are the same. The thing that matters is the torrents life and if it has a lot of seeders. This gives it a higher download rate.

uTorrent is the most efficient torrent downloader i've used so far. The downloads are fast and the program itself barely takes up any space on your computer.
I also suggest torrents.to for getting your torrents.

utorrent is awesome! Go with it. If you're looking for a limewire-sorta program with torrent-capability look at http://www.shareaza.com/ ... it's alright, but it's not the greatest. I still think utorrent kills every torrent client
