Im thinking of taking

Foundations of bio lecture and lab = (4credits)
General Chemistry 2 Lecture and lab = (5 credits)
Calculus = (4 Credits)

A Writing Intensive class which is required by my college...its a class where you have to mainly write a lot of papers/essays.
and the Writing Intensive class would = (3 credits)

Total would be 16 credits for this semester...

I was thiking that maybe i shouldnt take the writing intensive since i already have (in my opinion) 3 hard class...but then at the same time i think it wont be too bad.. But i just dont want to have to drop the writing intensive class later if i think i cant get a good grade..what do you guys think?

Consider taking Chemistry the semester before biology. Biology classes depend on knowing a lot of information about the chemical interactions and energy exchanges in plants and animals. It helps to have the basics under your belt. In addition, two classes with labs can be overwhelming.

Take the writing intensive because you will need it to write essays for everything else including the Chemistry and Biology.

Calculus can eat lots of time, just be ready to give it the time you need to do well.

Then consider the History, or Government classes that just require reading and a bit of testing, maybe phys ed. to blow off some of the steam from so much studying. An elective for fun would work if phys ed isn't needed.

I would recommend: Calculus, Chemistry, Intensive Writing, and History (or Government, or an Elective).

Been there done that. Good Luck

I usally take 4 Classes a semester. But im a CJ major, so the classes are not as intense as yours (Bio, Chem, Calc).

If you can I would take the Bio and Chem in different semesters, since 2 sciences in one semester can be a pain, take history or some elective if you can.

Sounds like a difficult term for you, but it is possible to do it. It all depends on how dedicated you are to your studying, and if you are willing to put forth the effort required to do well in each class.

If you did end up dropping a course, I would keep the writing intensive one. It will help you in later terms with writing term papers and essays.

I would hold off on the writing at this time you may need the extra time to study for your other classes.
