Hello..i cannot remember exactly when my last period was here. I think it was somewhere around Decemer 15th.....I had been on depo and been period free for like 6 years so Im confused as to when I should start counting the 28 days...is it from day 1 of period or the day my period is over?...pls help! :)...any clue as to when I should expect it again if it was around the 15?

If you are still on depo you might not ever get a period until you get OFF the shot, so don't worry about the 28 days thing. And that countdown would start after the LAST day of your period.

Count the first day of your period as 1.
