Well welcome back! No it's not legal to have them in the US but you can still get them thru other countries I saw your other q and I must agree with the other quy. www.cubanhabanoscigars.com does have a nice selection but you still need to keep in mind there are not allowed in here. But that doesn't seem to stop any body else go to u-tub.com and you will see a video of ex-president clinton buying a montecristo #2 !!!!

American's really aren't suppose to get Cuban products according to the American government.
