Whenever I'm working out at the gym, I seem to get dizzy. I'm not quite sure what the reason for that is, and I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas!?

you're probably dehydrated. before you go to the gym drink some water and drink water while working out to keep your self hydrated. this has happened to me a few times and as soon as i drank water i felt a ton better.

DEFINITELY man. If you doing exercises, especially like lifting weights, you need to have food in your system. Later on when you are in better conditioning you can skip meals and still work out but you'll get tired easily. You have to eat the same amount of calories recommended for your weight but substitute the foods for good foods with actual nutrional value. Not just gatorades and chips. You need meat and vegetables, some fruits too. Give an hour between meals and workouts to let your stomach digest. Also you need to do some cardio because only lifting is a slow way to lose weight. Just like anything else you need balance. On your rest days you should just do some cardio like jogging. The better your cardio the less feint you will feel while lifting.

dizziness is caused by lack of blood getting to the brain
that could be caused by dehydration, getting up too fast, or, most likely, working too hard that your legs/arms/whatever you are working out is stealing blood from the brain
when this happens
stop and take a break

Go see a doctor dude. I had a friend that had an aneurysm shortly after reporting the same symptoms.

Dizziness, especially when associate with physical activity, often has to do with the blood flow to your brain. It is also associated with your blood pressure.

Adrenal fatigue. When you workout you work your adrenal glands. I have adrenal fatigue and take bioidentical cortisol, Cortef. It is very hard to find a doctor that will know anything about it.
Vitamin C helps the adrenal glands.
I have found out that if I avoid suger and caffine during the day
the better I feel in the evening.
