Have you tried turning it off and taking the battery and sim card out. Leave it for about 1 minute then insert them all again and turn it back on.

If this doesn't work then you might need to call your service provider and get some technical advice.

Good luck.

Power device off and back on.
Power cycling device should resolve error, "Unregistered SIM" in most cases. If still receiving error continue to next step.
Remove SIM card from device and write down the 20 digit SIM card number.
contact Customer Care from a landline phone at 1-866-293-4634 for further Troubleshooting.

99% of cell phones with a built-in GPS only use the GPS to do one thing - provide your location to 911 (i.e. to emergency services - fire, police, ambulance, etc.) if you call for help. They have no means to display your location to you (which is stupid - why not add this feature - even give me a phone number I can call at my cell phone company that has an automated computer voice that reads my GPS location to me; charge me $.50 a call - but if the GPS functionality is there, why not let me use it?). GPS can also provide "chaparone" data, for phones that support that. So if you buy your kid a phone, you can check up on where they are at (this is a service you have to pay for). If your phone is stolen, your phone company can track where your phone is to arrest the theif. GPS has absoultely nothing to do with the internet. GPS gives you your location (lattitude & logitude) on earth. Now, if you do have internet access, perhaps there are some interesting things you can do with that?

Get ahold of customer service for that phone. You may need a new phone or repairs. Hopefully it's not costly cause I know you had to pay for the phone and then the minutes, good luck.

Haha, maybe your simcard failed. If that happened your screwed and you've lost all your stored numbers. You're simcard is basically your phone's hard drive. Maybe take the battery out and put it back in.
