how to check for harddisk memory use on laptop computer?

Go to the start menu on the bottom left of your computer screen. Then click on my computer. Then right click Local disk and click property. There you will see a picture on how much space you have your your harddisk with description.

Go into to "My Computer" and right-click on C:\ than choose properties.
