Hydrates are compounds that contain at least one water molecule as part of their molecular structure. When you heat a hydrate, water droplets will appear from seemingly nowhere. Although you can't see the water in the hydrate, it is there in the molecular structure of it. As for examples, there are quite a few. A few of them are:

-Copper (II) sulfate pentahydrate (also called chalcanthite)
-Sodium tetraborate decahydrate (or borax)
-Trichloroacetaldehyde monohydrate (chloral hydrate)
-Calcium sulfate dihydrate (more commonly called gypsum)
-Barium chloride dihydrate
-Lithium perchlorate trihydrate
-Magnesium carbonate pentahydrate

I hope this'll give you what you needed. If not, follow the links for a better description.

Some compounds like to surround themselves with water molecules in a fixed ratio when they crystallize. They are recognized by a chemical formula that has a "dot" and then some number of H20's. There are lots of examples. One compound used often in chemistry is cupric sulfate and it can be a hydrate. (I can't type the dot properly; it should be in the middle of the line. I'll use the symbol for a period instead)

CuSO4 . 5H20

Another common compound in the lab is magnesium nitrate:

Mg(NO3)2 . 6H2O

When determining the formula mass for these compounds you have to include the mass of the water molecules.

i imagine between the biggest issues for Katniss to do, except for attempting to stay alive, is supply a strong practice to the audience. The starvation video games is a way for leisure, not compared to our reality television shows now. even as Peeta comes into the photo, she ought to administration the audience for help by imparting them with human emotion. this is all a facade - like reality television. the author, Collins, had the reality television practice component in thoughts even as writing the e book. this may be considered a very significant ingredient of the unconventional even as wondering about previous novels which have represented the state of turmoil in society (like the Crucible and McCarthyism or the full Gatsby). The starvation video games might want to be considered a classic of our day. Please do not thieve my words if you're writing a record or something.
