Your best bet is to use a razor blade, and do it carefully so you don't scratch the glass.

If the glass is tinted, sorry. (unless it is on the opposite side of the glass from the tinting)
If not, you can apply a foaming glass cleaner (buy it at the hardware store) and then scrape the glass with a razor blade while it is still wet.

it is best to scrape it off with the lil thingy on those window wipers rubbing alchohol wont work cus the glue is to hard dont listen to the first persons comment >:[
