According to Consumer Digest, Verizon is the best cell phone service provider...I have Verizon and it's decent, but I haven't used any of the other providers.

I have both a verizon Wireless cell phone and a Cingular phone. One is on my contract the other is on my boyfriends moms contract. I have verizon fo 2 years now. Never had a problem with my service, when i had a problem with my phone they replaced it at no cost to me. Cingular loses service all the time and when my bfs mom had problem with her phone she had to file it through her insurance on the phone and pay 50 dollars. Really it just depends on ur needs. Verizon is a lil bit more expensive but way worth it in the end.

I am happy with my Verizon Wireless service. Your decision depends on what part of the country you live. Verizon and Cingular both have good coverage throughout the US, but Cingular lacks in customer service. Verizon, on the other hand, is rated highly for its responsiveness to consumer complaints and questions.
If you travel overseas, go with Cingular for their GSM network.

Cingular has better coverage where I live, and I have never had a problem with their customer service. Check in your area for coverage, that's what really matters, because everyone has the same phones

I don't have either. But we used to have Cingular, which sucked. Now we have Sprint. Which sucks. I suggest Verizon because they are very reliable, and they get the hottest phones first!

Cingular. both are really good. Cingular has better rate plans though and rollover.

I have a Verizon phone and have had it for about four years now, their insurance policy is the best and they have great customer service. Also they let you lower or raise your minutes without having to renew your contract like t-mobile. They also get the cutest phones first.
