Yes. Go to www.freeonlinegames.com. There's a typing game there where to get points you type. And it won't bore you because it seems like a video game with things shooting at you.

Yeah. Get MaxType Lite Tying tutor. This will help you improve your typing skills and you will be typing fast in no time. Plus this software is free too. Here's a link to get it.

Nope but there are CD's such as the Mavis one and you can practice. It comes naturally because I started typing in 2nd grade and I became a master in 4-5 grade! Try practicing because it comes naturally like a skill!
