Where do I begin? Also, are websites free or do have to pay a fee?

Depending on where you go to register, most website services do have a free option. I suggest trying Angelfire.com or Geocities.com for someone who is new at it. You can also use Microsoft FrontPage to make your site and just upload it onto a server. It all depends on what you are trying to do, and how experienced you are. You have to learn HTML, then find a server (many are free over the web), then you publish a VERY simple webpage....then you can learn PHP, Java, etc. You should too try to learn photoshop for the visual....Good luck!

go to freewebs.com and create ur own for free. u can choose from designing it not using html or html only for free. U can upgrade to members to get extra memory. i like making html sites so i found freewebs and boy it helps.
