A diploma does not guarantee you anything as it is only a piece of paper. What you learn and then apply by earning this piece of paper is where the value lies.

if you get a job it is supposed to get you better pay...well you get better pay than a non college grad..and it guarantees you years of student loans bring paid back..and that's a fact

You don't HAVE to do it again. once you got it you can move on. Only prospective employers or colleges have ever asked if I have one, never wanted to see it.
