Almost directly underneath the driver's seat on the inside of the frame rail. You will need a 13/16th and a 5/8th wrench to remove the nuts from the filter. (Some aftermarket filter use a 3/4). Once nuts are loosened, fully disengage nuts from filter. There is usually some residual pressure here, so bump or move the filter or one of the lines to let it drain off. Pry the gas pipe from the locator plastic holder on the upflow side and hang the pipe away for access to remove the filter from its plastic holder. These can sometimes be a bit sticky so wiggle and tap. Once removed, ensure both of the o-rings on the pipe ends are okay and if not, replace. A little lube on the filters outside will make shoving it into the holder a lot easier. Install filter and pipes. Spray some lube where the upper pipe was removed and re-attach the pipe into the plastic holder. Tighten both nuts and check for leaks. Good luck.
