You mean the wrinkled face, the constant playing with his sunglasses, smart lines and the idiotic plot where he had a beautiful wife for 3 days last year? Annoying is being kind.

I know a lot of people that feel this way but I admire the honesty and the deication the character has. Especially the way he is with children who have been abused or children who have lost the parents.
He is kind of overdramatic, but I think that makes him sexy!

Yes - very annoying. It seems to me that he is trying too hard to play cool and just comes across as weird and kinda creepy.
