It is normal, and sadly there isnt much you can do but hold her hair back while her heads in the toilet. If she is lucky it will be over as quickly as it came, but for now all you can do it suggest to her about taking her prenatle vitamins before bed, and giving her wheat crackers and sprite, or apple juice. It will be over in a few weeks if all go's as a "typical" pregnancy does.

Yes it is normal.. I`m 11 weeks now and I feel sick all day long almost but have yet to throw up or anything..Just try to be supportive of her and let her know it should be better in the 2nd trimester..Also have her try drinking ginger ale, it helps..Congrats!!

Yeah its called morning sickness! Have her eat crackers even in bed before she gets up in the am it will settle her tummy. Also they make preggo pops which are supposed to help with morning sickness! They are in motherhood maternity stores in the malls... Also what helped for me is just sucking it up and going on with my life.. It passes around 3 months so she will live..

I'm almost 24 weeks and I'm still sick everyday. Maybe not puking, but almost always neauseated. IT sucks, but I know it will all be worth it in the end.

It is very normal to be feeling sick. There's nothing you can do to take it away but it would help if you rubbed her back or something.
