Your best bet will probably be a salvage yard if you want a replacement seat. You won't be able to buy one from Ford. The other option I would suggest would be a conversion place, although you might not find an exact match.

try a bone yard. if you find it, and are looking to just replace the material you may find that to be the easier route. if it's a first time deal you may need to clean it, but you will save a nice amount to new.

if you dont want to get one from your nearest ford dealer go to: http://www.greenleafauto.com/ that where many bodyshops get quality replacement parts they usually offer a warranty too. or you can always look on e-bay.
