That is going to be hard. I am waiting another month or two at least. Then start to call around. If you live in a big city then it will take longer for you to find it as there are more people waiting to find one. You will just have to keep checking the stores. Nintendo said they are producing as fast as they can but it is hard.
(In the UK Wiis are pretty much impossible to find, Almost no one owns them there.)

If you can find a store that's not taking reservations, then you can ask them when they're next shipment is. I got mine before Christtmas that way. I just got to the store as they were coming in, and lucked out. There should be some stores still doing this.

If you can't get one from a store buy one from craigslist.org. Tons of people wanna sell their wiis for like 300-200 dollars and you can choose an area nearest you to deal locally to them.
