If you are talking about cruising to various websites and experiencing this - then the picture fails to display. You can "Right-Click" over the image area and click on "show image". Sometimes this works - IF - the picture is there. Sometimes an image gets deleted and the path that is coded into the page will only show an empty box with "x".

This happens because the temp directory path specified is a full path such as "c:/web/tempDir". When you right-click on the image > select properties, you can see the path the browser is looking for the image in. Unfortunately when a full path is specified in this way, it cannot be mapped to a web address that allows users to view the image remotely.

It's becuz the pic is loading incorrectly. The X shows up instead of the pic. If it's YOUR website, you should take out the pic and put it in again. Code might be a bit messed up.

it means it cannot be displayed because tht part of the website is missing or corrupt. sometimes if u refresh the page(by pressing F5) it will load again and you MAYBE able to see it.
