I have a tongue ring, but i have NO IDEA how to remove the balls to change them. I guess they are too tight. Someone HELP! I have a interview coming and I need to change ASAP! Thanks!

Hold the top one and go with unscrewing the bottom one.
Works easier.
The same with putting it back on.
Make sure your fingers and the ball on your piercing is dry too, just to make sure you have propper grip on it.
If worse comes to worse, [Which I hope for you it doesn't.. You might have to use pliers.. But that's only if it completley won't come off].

The balls unscrew, since your mouth is wet it is hard to do I suggest taking a small piece of napkin, gauze, or papertowel, to help you get your grip

I suggest you go back to the piercer and let he/she change the balls for you. You don't want to interfere and cause any undue damage.

i used very small pair of needle point pliers
prob best to get a mate to give you a hand
