Nipples have a "straight" side?
I guess I need to know what the gay side is in case I decide to get my nipples pierced.

Hate to tell you, but if I see a guy with pierced nipples, much less only one pierced nipple, I might jump to some conclusions regardless of which side it's on.

there is no real guide line for nipples
but the guide line is for ears and other things
left is the less dominate side of the body
and jewelry is a feminine thing
if a man wears an earring on the left side it is not a diamante thing in his life
if he was to wear it on the right side it would be seen as a dominate thing in his life or being rebellious to society as it were hundreds of years ago
so i dare say the left but i do nnot think it really matters these days
good luck it hurts a bit but it is worth it

With how common body modification is becoming, neither is considered gay or straight and if anyone tells you different, then they're just trying to cause trouble.
