No they cant be trusted. if you were talking abour a llama I'd say maybe. Heres a few other animals you dont want at your party gazelles (they are nice but tend to stampede when they ve had a liitle liquor) camels (DONT GET ME STARTED), hyenas (i know I know yes they are a hoot and will laugh at anything but they will also steal you blind,) and never ever invite cheetahs (they tend to stalk)
