My favorite team is the Colts, but their DEF is too depleted on the run game so, my vote goes to the San Diego Chargers!!! The only competent teams on the NFC side are the Bears, Saints, and (maybe...) the Eagles. I think the Saints will win since BOTH of the Bear's QBs throw INTs. However, on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the highest for offense, I would have to go with the Chargers (9.5) over the Saints (8.75). The DEF would have to be SD (7.75) and NO (3.5) (head to head). I go with San Diego.
