Yes i believe so. You have heard that all other senses increase when one sense isn't there. Maybe some more traits like detecting vibrations better is another consideration that is added

Yes they do..it's like the whole dolphin thing...and my chemistry teacher told me about a famous scientist...I think it was Einstein...he was able to detect vibration..not sure if he was death...but they believed he was smart because of the vibration the violin made...and he can do things with it's frequency...never really researched it...If normal people can feel when someone is in the room with them..I'm pretty sure deaf people can too

Yes I believe they do Try it sometime blindfold yourself and plug your ears they have other senses not just sight and sound.
