try Cuba, when walking around in any city people will start to talk to you, after a while they are going to offer you sigars at a cheap price (i bought a box of cigars there for only $25,- in my country they where selling those for about $30,- per cigar)

If you are going to Cuba...they will cost you about 104.00 pesos, or you can find a nice lifeguard that will sell them to you for 50.00 pesos...and these are not banana leaves...
or if you are American and cannot go to Cuba...come to Canada...you can get them here!
