We are not alone on earth and we need to share. Normally people can't see ghost because we are not meant to see them. Are you serious about this sightings that you have witnessed. Anyway people do have gifts and normally everyones gift is different. Do not attempt to communicate or try anything else because you are not trained and might get into real serious problems. My advice to you is to pretend you can't see them. It's when you let them know that you can see them then they want to communicate with you. So just act natural and pretend. You should be use to it by now, I mean since you can see them because they normally appear in human form or similer. Most of the time their backs is facing you or side ways. To see the true form you need a very strong heart.

Your either young and very naive, or you've been watching way too many TV programs that involve the occult. The latter, being a very sad reality in itself. I will reserve that discussion for another forum.
There is no such thing as a ghost that takes any kind of physical manifestation.

Not a problem. Make them a nice cup of tea, and ask if they would like a holy cookie.
Engage them in conversation and tell them some ghost stories and ask them to tell you some that they will undoubtedly know. It should be a howling good time for all.

Naah im just being stupid but I do not really think that there is much to do if you see one, u should try to always have a camera by your side so u can take some pictures. Sorry that I can't come up with a good advise.

You don't need to be afraid of ghosts, most are harmless. If you see one just ignore it, say hi, whatever you want it doesn't really matter.
In the unlikely event it's a nasty one (trust me, you'd know if it was) telling it to leave works for most and if it doesn't work just get out of there.

Keep a journal of the events as they happen. This will be useful if you or one of your other workmates want to research your haunting. Try not to be afraid, what ever it is it cannot hurt you. Here's a website that helps people in your position:

Maybe ask the ghost what it wants. Sometimes they are reaching out to get a message out or to get something resolved. Don't be scared UNLESS they try to harm you.

There isn't much you can do. That's definitely interesting thought. Where do you work (just general don't tell where exactly you work) and what are the ghosts doing? We'd all probably like more details, add them to your question.
