I am not looking for analysis or digging for the root of the problem. I am just looking for results-oriented suggestions on how to become more interested in sex and/or achieve orgasms again, maybe through aphrodisiacs, nutrition, books, types of sex therapy etc...

Exercise is great for the feel-good chemicals it releases. Plus when we work out, we feel better about ourselves and that translates into more confidence in the bedroom. Read a racy novel. Lisa Kleypas and Christina Dodd write romance that isn't cheesy or too sappy. They have great characters and steamy sex scenes-great for helping you get in the mood. Think sexy thoughts through the day, wear beautiful underthings - Go get a Brazilian bikini wax anything to shift your focus to sex.

You must have eaten the wedding cake! It diminishes sex drive!

Jokes aside!

I assume you are trying to improve the sex life with your husband! Set the mood by having a fun day with him doing things that you both enjoy and will make you laugh and be close to each other. Then have a nice dinner with some wine,..... and keep on drinking! Alcohol is a great lubricant of the mind!

Oh and if you have a hottub, you might want to consider getting one or try a hot bath together/alone to get into the mood!

Have fun and post a video online!

Working out? Maybe you have some body image stuff going on? Exercise is great for blood flow, oxygen flow, etc., and this may help your libido. It will also improve the way your body looks, raising your self-esteem.

Watch porn with your husband. You pick it, so that it is something you know you will enjoy. There is porn out there that is specifically geared to "women," although I tend to enjoy the raunchy stuff that men like, but we are all different.

Try some different sex toys. Or you and your husband tell one another your fantasies. Send him a sexy email. Tell him to send you one. Ultimately, you could try a few sessions with a sex therapist. It can't hurt.

Hi! I am a 25 year old woman with a 18 month old and a Fiance...so my point? I lost mine a while ago. So I looked it up on the internet to find ways to help me out and I found "Fematril"...I'm probably spelling it wrong. It's all herbal so it's not taking drugs of any kind. It worked for me very well. It can take up to 4 weeks to kick in. The truth behind it all is Vitamen B. If you take lot's of "B" for a month straight you'll get it back. That's what they put in most herbal pills for a more sexual arrousal. Try it and let me know if it worked for you cuz it definitly worked for me.

Wild Yam extract is a very good supplement to boost the libido of women. Also, if you have not talked to her about it yet, a frank discussion may do a world of good. Try the old bringing her flowers and candy as well.

Try some high quality Korean ginsing. Don't buy the cheap stuff either. Take three, 550 mg. capsules 3 times a day. If that doesn't work talk to your doctor about some testosterone. Good luck. I hope you get your mojo back!

the place did you ever get considered one of those bolixed up soup of nonsense as this? is this only the rambling of your techniques or is this the fabricated from some deluded apostate? What makes you think of that Christian women folk have a low intercourse force? and additionally you're making a great mistake! you have characterised ALL Christian women folk on your nonsensical generalization. Why subject approximately what Christian women folk think of roughly intercourse whilst there are a number of non-Christian women folk whom you apparently think of are much less dysfunctional? intercourse is an argument of selection, fullyyt, notwithstanding i'll confess, that not all selection occurs on the unsleeping point. If a man or woman is happy with their sexuality at regardless of point they are at, then why subject approximately it?
