Tell your friend that it's stolen property and you and your friend should take it to your local Police Department under lost and found. If your friend were to sell it. The serial number can be traced back. Besides we have enough **** on the Black Market anyways.

I don't think it is illegal to sell it but it may be morally or ethically wrong. He should probably see if he could find the owner (who I am sure is searching the streets for it right now!)

no. it doesnt matter if he knows whos it is or not, its not his. you cant sell something that's not yours. that would be like trying to sell your neighbors' house without their consent or knowledge. it doesnt make sense.

he should report it to the police and if its not claimed then its his to do what he wants to do with
