yes u can find a real working cell on ebay; i am currently looking on ebay for a new cell myself and if u look at their feedback u can see if its a scam or not-if they have 90% or above of good feedback then it is most likely not a scam.

I can only speak for Verizon Wireless... Yes, you can, but call with the 'ESN' number and A) Make sure it's E911 compliant, and B) is not on a 'Negative List' for disconnection per non-payment or reported as lost/stolen. If it's compliant, and not on a neg list, yes you can get EQ by auctions. Just be aware that if you are going between 'types' of phone, you may need to pay a 20.00 esn change fee to have customer service change your equipment.

You can find some great phone and deals on eBay and YES they really work, BUT when bidding do your homework...Find people who are selling that have good to great feedback (the number by their name) and, I tend to buy from people who sell a lot too (also indicated by the number next to their feedback). Good Luck...

yes you can, I have bought several, like 12 between myself, 2 daughters and their friends, it is a really cheap and easy way to get a new phone without the commitment of a 2 year contract, or paying out the bu++ for one I have been lucky all but one was wonderful!
do your homework, and read all the details on them before you bid, and check out the sellers return policy... that way if it doesn't work for you... best of luck!
