What is so satisfying about making others sad and miserable? Why are people sometimes cruelest to the ones they supposedly love?

It's called sadistc. It's not necessarily for people they love. Perhaps it's the giddy rush everyone gets when they know they're better than someone else. Perhaps twisting the mind of another gives them a feeling of power. It's like a drug I guess.... or even knowing that you can inflict physical pain on another. sometimes it's satisfying enough to watch others get hurt on their own. weakness shown? to make them feel more powerful?

Some people feel alot better about themselves by bringing others down. They hurt others usually when they are feeling bad to try and feel that there is someone out there that is more miserable than they are. This will cause them to be happier. It's very complicated, and it's obviously not a good way to be happy.

It's called being "Cold Hearted" and I have been called this, and at times when I'm dealing with persons online whom are not as they seem in real life, They can not be trusted. I am Cold, also at times I'm caring, and compassionate. Others may not see this. But It's getting to the point I have to see your face to trust anyone online anymore.
They act one way in their messengers, than in real life, I guess its true, "When your online, your someone totally different".
I will not stand for "Play Acting" be your self or don't even bother me.

Cuz that's what satisfy their craving for being happy.
Main reason is usually they were harshly treated at some point of their lives... so now they want to scapegoat another one... indirectly to take revenge of what they experienced.. so to satisfy their inner rage.

Nothing good comes of it. The people are miserable and want others to feel their pain. It is easier to be mean to somebody than to offer kindness so they have plenty of opportunity to please theirself.
