I haven't seen it yet but let's hope that it is not going to be like Troy.
"Troy" was totally wrong from the beggining to the end.It showed us that the war lasted 10 days but the Homer said that lasted 10 years.It shows the Greeks like barbarians with scandinavian charateristics.The whole movie was terrible with thousands mistakes.They had changed many many things and it was a great disappointment.
That is something usual for the hollywood movies.They take a story and they totally change it.
I have not heard something for the "300" movie yet but let's hope that it is going to show the real story as Herodotes has written it.That story is very important because it has changed the world history.
Greeks stopped the Persians in Greece.If Greeks hadn't won that war, there was noone else in Europe to stop them by that time.So,it is very possible things were different now,as you can understand.
From the other side,if we hadn't win them ,Alexander the Great,the Macedonian king of Greece would never leave for fighting them to Persia.
Alexander is responsible for inspiring the east with the Greek classical culture.
That inspired the rest of the world and right now the westernn civilisation is based in ancient greek culture.
So,I hope that the film-makers of "300" have shown some respect.
By the way,why are you asking turkish people too?

I do not know what it is going to be, but just hope it is not going to be a repetition of that silly Troy story, where American producers slaughtered Homer!
Furthermore... what is the point of asking that this question be answered only by Greeks and Turkish?

Is it about the 300 Spartans who defended their country to the last man against 10000 Perians in Thermopylae?
Keep in mind that they were defeated only through the intervention of Ephialtis, the traitor who showed the Persians a pass to the rear of the Spartans.
Just to educate you a bit. It appears you need a lot of it by the phrasing of your question.
