Go with your ethnicity...that has more meaning to you and will make more sense to your daughter later. Also, the Italian version will be easier for her to spell.

JULIETE
Juliete creates the urge to be both logical and technical, we emphasize that it causes a blunt expression that alienates others.

This name, when combined with the last name, can frustrate happiness, contentment, and success, as well as cause health weaknesses in the elimination system, and tension or accidents to the head.

The name of Juliete indicates you are a diligent and persevering worker who enjoys a routine occupation where you can do a job well and finish what you start.

You like to work at your own speed, without pressure, as you prefer to take your time to work step by step in your own way.

You could become frustrated and thwarted in your efforts if too many changes or disruptions occur.

Or
JULIETTE
Although the name Juliette creates the urge to be both logical and technical, we emphasize that it frustrates you through a scattered and emotional nature.

This name, when combined with the last name, can frustrate happiness, contentment, and success, as well as cause health weaknesses in the elimination system, liver and bloodstream.

Juliette has given you creative ability, imagination along practical lines, and the patience to pay attention to detail for a while.

Although you are attracted to technical, mechanical, scientific fields, you lack the patience to follow through with this interest.

This name gives a certain amount of practicality to your thinking; but there is also a tendency to scatter your efforts for, although you want system and order and stability in your life, you are too apt to be distracted from the job you are doing and to become involved in spontaneous interests

Well, Juliet is the spelling of July in French. I like Juliette myself, I think it looks more feminine. Though I do live in Quebec (Francophone province) and speak French on a regular basis, so I'm probably a little bias.

I think Mia Juliette looks more complete. Juliet looks too choppy. But since it's just the middle name, you should spell however you want!

Mia Juliet
I like this spelling because it's spelled like Juliet Capulet of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. Cute name by the way!

My vote goes for Mia Juliet.

I chose Juliet because it isn't as frilly as the french spelling and with the name Mia, frills aren't needed. It isn't an over the top girly name but it is still very feminine and beautiful.

Nice choice! :)

I like Juliette because it looks a little bit more feminine. But if you're Italian maybe you should go with that spelling to honor your heritage. Congrats on the baby!

I am also Italian so would pick Juliet, and I just think it looks better. I dont really know why.

Either way your baby girl is going to have a gorgeous name.

I think Mia Juliet. Since you are Italian it makes more sense and it also looks better. Juliette just looks too cluttered.
