go to Control Panel Network and Internet Connections and then Network Connections the last thing is u do is find ur connection that u use, right click and press properties. All the details are there. Hope this helps!

Downlaod a file from somewhere and see how much it has its transfer link is!!

Mine says 245 Kbs Transfer when i donwload

I usually go to speedtest.net and select a server close to my city to test the download and upload speeds when I'm connected...I don't know how accurate these tests are, but that's one way to go...

Check the little Icons in the taskbar that show little computers..place your cursor over it and it should probably tell you..mine does...
