Whenever i wake up from sleep after sex with my hubby, i will always have this problem that sperms will flow out from my vaginal. I am afraid that this will cause chances of conceiving to be lessened. Pls advise me!

Don't worry about it. Those guys can swim and as soon as he shoots there off. They have destination and on the go go go!
Right after sex or *during put a pillow under you bottom and then keep your legs up knees bent for about 5 minutes after.

lol, I'm sorry, but considering the amount of sperm that is released, even if you think a lot has leaked out, there is still more than enough to conceive. That why they say even if a man pulls out before ejaculating, it'll do little to stop the woman from conceiving.

The fluid that comes out from you afterward isnt the actual (sperm) its semen. The doctor recommends to lie on your back, with your hips elevated for at least a half an hour. After that your fine.

The classic position for retaining semen in your vagina is on your back, a few pillows under your hips to hold them up high. This way your uterus is tilted so the cervix is flooded with semen.
Stay in this position for 15-20 minutes.

Well you could try to finish with you on top and just stay there for a long time. Let your husband stay inside you until he gets to soft and falls out. Or put a pillow under your hips so they are raised and let gravity help you out.

If you're trying to conceive, have intercourse missionary style and remain on your back for awhile to keep the semen from escaping. You can even place a pillow under your pelvis to tilt it back and give the little swimmers a head start.

Itdoes not prevent you from getting pregnant as the ones that are going to do the job will already be there. If not stand on your head

I don't think it's going to matter if it leaks, but I hear best position is guy on top and you with a pillow under your but.

Pillow under your butt and prop yourself up. Or what I did when TTC was carefully roll to my side and just goto sleep right after sex. Worked for me!
