You need to become a member of ebay and pay pal first. Then anything you buy or sell is tracked by both companies. Depending on how fast you follow through on a transaction, you're feedback by other ebay members becomes your reputation. For instance, I would never buy anything from a member with less than 98% positive feedback...I've been a member for several years and had 2 bad transactions from members with low feedback ratings.

First of all you have to set up an account on ebay. Username password all that....then you will have to turn in either a checking account or a credit card to start selling . Then The best way is start a paypal account. Most Merchants on ebay use paypal. It is a safe middle man. If you purchase something on Ebay and use paypal your are protected in case something goes wrong. Then If your selling you use paypal to collect money from the buyers and then use the money to buy on ebay or transfer money into your bank account. Or they will send you a check. Just go to ebay and start your signup and everything will be explained in simple format. Good Luck.

I can give you some tips.
1. dont trust everyone in ebay.
2. you should transact with guys having a good track record.
3. there is no guarantee that you will find a good deal in ebay. they will not assure you about the quality or guarantee whatsoever.

It's pretty easy u create an account, find what ur lookin 4, & purchase it w/ a credit card. (but make sure u check the sellers history 1st & that the item is NEW!)
