No, only oxygen, hydrogen, carbon and a few other of the simpler elements are diatomic. And because it is a metal, it isn't naturally diatomic.

Scandium is a metal. Only some nonmetals can form diatomic bond ( covalent bond between two same elements) like O2, F2, H2....
