How do you get a display picture off your welcome screen not desktop it was put there by mistake?
The screen where your users are..........where the users sign on to the pc not your i-con button your whole background

what im asking is on the welcome screen where people sign on and off its not after you sign on but before where all users are listed and its not your i-con pic its the background I got a big ol ugly santa bye mistake and id rather see wecome......

Start > Control Panel > User Accounts.... should be more obvious from here.

If your the administrator the picture you assign to the account is the picture that will appear on the Welcome screen.
