To get the securities Licence...which series? or how does it work?

There is no singular "Securities Licence", but several different types of licenses. Securities Licensing is different for every country, usually regulated by the respective securities authority or self-regulated by the industry itself.

In the US, it's the NASD that regulates licensing. Licenses vary from role to role, but the most common is the Series 7.
