Dori is a Paracanthurus hepatus or regal blue tang
In case you didn't know, Nemo and Marlin are Percula clownfish, and in real life, Percula Clowns do not have any sexual organs at birth. As they get older, the more dominant one would become the breeding female, and the next most dominant one of the group would become the breeding male. Every other Percula clownfish in the group remains without sexual organs and do not breed.
So in the movie, if it was accurate, after Nemo's mom got eaten by the Barracuda, Marlin would turn into a girl and mate with Nemo.
I'm not joking either. This is seriously how Percula clownfish live.
