How can i convert a video clip into a sound clip for free?

Well i have a video i made and i want to convert it into a sound clip and put it on a cd how do i do it? i really appreciate it.

Yes you can. This will be a 2 step process.

First, load your movie to movie maker and when you save your movie save it as wma format.

Second, convert the wma format to mp3. You can use a freeware called imtoo wma to mp3 converter.
