Given that your question is in the "weather" category, I am inclined to think that you mean the end of the world because of global warming, right?
If this is the case, let me reassure you: global warming, for whatever might be the cause of it, will not end the world.
Check the chart in the attached link, it illustrates the evolution of CO2 and temperature over he last 600000 years (unfortunately, there is no scale for the temperature, but then again, since this is the temperature recorded in Antarctica, an actual reading migh be less telling that the relationship with past temperature). Note that it was a lot hotter 125000 years ago than it is now; but 125000 years ago, there were cave people around (and mammoths) on this planet; clearly our ancestors survived.
So, the warming up will not end the world.
But the melting of all the ice will flood coastal regions.
It will be very annoying, and horribly costly. Less land -- prime land -- will be lost to the rising sea level, cities and lands used for growing food will find themselves at the bottom of shallow ocean shore.
Some people will starve from lack of food.
Will that be the end of the world? For some, no doubt, it will be the end of *their* perception of the world.

i think that the world will end in the next 100 years at the most. there are some very very crazy people out there that for some reasons are running countries eg. the president of Iran Mahmoud amininajhad or the president of north Korea Kim jong il. these are weird people with great power. .... plus there are terrorists to add into the equation. (the president of Iran is a terrorist as far as I'm concerned) but the scary part is that we (humans) have the power to blow up this entire earth.. and if that power falls into the wrong hands the consequences would be dire.

The world will not end for a very long time, but our existence on this planet will! I don't think we should worry about the future so much as the present. If we would just focus on the present and start doing something about global warming (everyone), then our life on this planet may be longer than what we would predict. However, we should stop predicting and start acting!!!

No one can predict the end of the world. It's no different than fortune-telling, which no man can predict anyone's future either. Man can guess from now 'til until they're blue in the face, but will NOT be able to predict the end of the world. Only God Almighty Himself knows when the world will come to an end - no man on earth does!

the end of the world can happen anytime. for example: "global warming" pollution happening every split second, humans inventing ways to take over the world with explosives and harmful things?, a big giant comet hitting the earth. the biggest volcano erupting and the ashes spreading through out the world. anything can happen.

Yes... It will be the day that society excludes anybody who is different. This will truly signify the end of the world
